Event production is the technical and creative realization of an event, which turns the concept into a tangible experience, focusing on sound, light, video, stage design and technology to create the atmosphere and control the audience experience, unlike event management which deals with logistics, budget and general planning. It includes setting up the stage, AV equipment, managing the technical team and implementing visual and audio effects, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from rehearsals to unpacking.
Event production is an area that we started to deal with after the coronavirus pandemic. By 2020, we already had extensive experience in producing live stream broadcasts, so we quickly responded to the market’s need for so-called hybrid events – a combination of studio production and online participants. After the pandemic, the need for live streaming began to decline, but clients with whom we worked on hybrid events asked us to help them with the technical implementation and production of events and conferences. So in a short period of time, we grew from a purely video production company into a company that is able to provide complete technical implementation of various events – primarily conferences.
